Trial Balance have been exclusively assigned by another repeat client, a very successful fast growing niche manufacturing business, to assist with finding a high calibre purchase ledger clerk to join a very friendly accounts team. The company is based on the outskirts of Newquay and offers easy access from the A30, free car parking and hybrid working arrangements.

Reporting in to the Financial Controller, you will take control of all aspects of the purchase ledger function to include matching, batching and coding of supplier invoices, processing supplier payment runs, managing and resolving supplier queries, and supplier statement reconciliations.

This role would be a great fit for either an up-and-coming AAT studier or similar with a strong understanding of the accounts payable process, or a career purchase ledger specialist with a proven track record in the field. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, an ability to manage your own workload, and strong verbal and written communication skills as the role will liaise extensively with the rest of the accounts team, the wider business, and your suppliers.
