Trial Balance Consulting are pleased to be working with Plymouth Community Homes to recruit a Management Accountant. This position would suit either an experienced Management Accountant or a commercially minded finance professional looking to step into a broader and more influential role.

Working closely with senior finance leadership and operational budget holders, the Management Accountant will support the delivery of accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple business areas. This is a varied and commercially focused role within a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Producing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis information
