We are seeking an experienced and driven Group Finance Manager to take a leading role within the company’s finance team. This is a broad and hands on role where no two days will be the same. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong controls, and providing insightful analysis to support commercial decision making.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Overseeing day to day financial operations including banking, invoicing, and stock management
  • Supporting project finance including revenue recognition, costing, and margin analysis
  • Managing VAT, tax, and statutory reporting and liaising with auditors
  • Providing financial insight across production, labour, warehousing, and logistics
  • Building and developing key performance dashboards and business reports
  • Leading and mentoring the finance team and deputising for the Finance Director when required

You’ll ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), though applications are equally welcomed from those qualified by experience, particularly candidates with strong manufacturing sector knowledge. You’ll combine a practical, hands on approach with the confidence to challenge, support, and influence at a senior level. Experience within a group environment would be highly beneficial.
