Trial Balance Consulting are pleased to be working with a well established Bodmin based organisation to recruit a Management Accountant. This Management Accountant role would suit either a nearly qualified or recently qualified accountant seeking a commercially focused position within a fast paced environment.

Working closely with senior finance leadership and operational teams, the Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting financial performance, improving reporting, and delivering meaningful commercial insight across the business. This is a varied and commercially focused Management Accountant role within a growing organisation, offering genuine progression opportunities and involvement in upcoming systems and process improvement projects.

  • Producing variance analysis and delivering meaningful financial insight

We are seeking a Management Accountant with strong commercial awareness and previous experience within a manufacturing or operational environment. Candidates should ideally be nearly qualified or recently qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), although strong relevant experience will also be considered.

The successful Management Accountant will possess strong Excel and analytical skills, alongside experience working with ERP systems and the confidence to communicate effectively with both finance and non finance stakeholders.
