An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant to join a growing and highly respected accountancy practice. This firm is opening a new office in Bath in what is a very exciting time for the business, and are looking for an Audit and Accounts Senior to join the team. As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will play a key role in delivering audit and accounts services whilst building strong client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members. The role is primarily based in Bath with hybrid working available. There will also be occasional travel to the firm's head office, typically once or twice per month.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing statutory and management accounts for a varied client portfolio
  • Planning and completing audit assignments from start to finish
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Reviewing and overseeing work completed by junior team members
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value for clients
