Accounts Manager – Okehampton – £40 – £46,000 DOE

As an Accounts Manager working out of an Okehampton office, your duties will be varied and broad. This isn\’t a tick boxing exercise and there is scope for the role to adapted to suit the successful candidate. Alongside duties that you\’d expect, such as preparing financial statements, reviewing VAT return preparation and preparing corporate and personal tax returns – you will also be supervising more junior members of the team and working closely with partners and directors to provide support as required.
This role would suit a fully qualified ACA or ACCA, although consideration will be given to outstanding part-qualified and qualified by experience applicants. A strong background in an accountancy practice environment is essential, and you will need excellent customer-facing skills as the role will include account management and relationship building.
