Job Description
Are you an ACA Qualified accountant, with extensive experience within accountancy practice? Are you looking for a move to a forward thinking firm who are interested in work life balance? This could be your perfect next role.
I’m working with a sociable and forward-thinking firm as they seek to replace an outgoing employee.
The perfect candidate for this role, will need to be a strong technical accountant with a strong background in statutory accounts and tax return preparation, along with supervising the VAT and bookkeeping production. Strong communication skills are important as the firm strongly believes in offering a personal service to its varied portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. You will be responsible for directly managing a small team and therefore, previous management experience is desired.
My client offers fantastic flexible working opportunities, including 2 days a week from home, flexible hours on a Friday. The salary for this role is around £40k with the opportunity for an uncapped bonus based on billings.
Applications are welcomed from fully or part qualified ACA’s however those who are fully qualified are of particular interest. Unfortunately, the technical nature of this role means that only candidate with a strong and recent background in accountancy practice can be considered.
