There’s a lot of factors to consider when deciding which roles to apply for. The salary needs to work, the location needs to be commutable and the role itself must appeal. But what about when you dig deeper than that and start to look at the organisation itself?
Trial Balance Consulting are delighted to be working alongside an accountancy practice who just seem to ‘get it’. Flexible working, working from home, a number of competitive benefits and a really forward-thinking approach to salary are all on offer here.
This client is looking for an Accounts Senior to join their experienced and growing team, working predominantly out of their Bodmin office.
Main duties will include the preparation of annual accounts for a variety of clients across a number of different software packages, as well as the tax returns associated with this. It goes without saying that this role will suit someone who is able to manage their own workload, is adaptable and also able to communicate effectively.
Candidates may be qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience, but a successful track record within accountancy practice is a must!
In return, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop with a successful firm, who themselves are going through a continued period of growth. Excellent benefits, an open-minded approach to flexibility and a competitive salary are also on offer.
