We're looking for a Service & Compliance Administrator to join our Connect to Work team. This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, participant engagement and compliance support.
You'll often be the first person participants and visitors speak to, whether that's welcoming them in to the office, answering enquiries or making supportive calls to help people engage with our service. Your friendly and professional approach will help create positive first impressions and encourage participants to attend appointments and remain engaged in their journey towards employment.
Alongside this, you'll support the smooth running of the service through accurate record keeping, reporting, quality assurance and administrative support.

What You'll Do
- Welcome participants, visitors and stakeholders to the office.
- Act as the first point of contact for telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries.
- Make supportive calls to participants to confirm appointments and support onboarding.
- Build positive relationships that encourage engagement with the service.
- Manage appointments, referrals and diaries.
- Maintain accurate records and case management systems.
- Support reporting, quality assurance and compliance processes.
- Assist with audits and performance monitoring.
- Support financial administration and reconciliations.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions and events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and employers.
- Effective upkeep of the office environment ensuring this remains tidy and engaging at all times.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in attitude as much as experience.
You will have:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive, proactive and team-focused approach.
Desirable
- Experience within employability, education, health or social care services.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance or quality processes.
- Experience using CRM or case management systems.
