We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Warehouse & Logistics Trainer to join our team across Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley. If you're passionate about developing people, sharing industry knowledge, and helping learners take their first steps into warehousing, logistics and supply chain careers, we'd love to hear from you. You will also be developing core skills in Maths, English and Digital skills.

About the role:
As a Warehouse & Logistics Trainer, you'll deliver engaging and practical training programmes designed to prepare learners for employment within the warehousing, logistics and distribution sectors. You'll support individuals from a range of backgrounds to develop the skills, knowledge and workplace behaviours required to succeed in modern warehouse environments. Working across community venues throughout Doncaster, Barnsley and Rotherham, you'll help learners gain confidence, improve employability and progress into meaningful career opportunities. No two days are the same, but every day provides the opportunity to make a lasting difference.
You will:
• Deliver engaging warehouse and logistics training programmes.
• Support learners through both classroom-based and practical activities.
• Deliver training related to warehouse operations, logistics processes and workplace expectations.
• Help learners develop employability, teamwork and communication skills.
• Deliver training on health and safety, manual handling and safe working practices.
• Support learners with job applications, CVs and interview preparation.
• Build relationships with local employers and recruitment partners.
• Prepare learners for employment opportunities within warehouse and logistics settings.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support continuous improvement and curriculum development activities.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with industry experience, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
You'll bring:
• Experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring or staff development or willing to train.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• The ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Good digital and administrative skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality learner outcomes. Essential
• Experience within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and health and safety requirements.
• English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent.
• Ability to travel across community locations throughout South Yorkshire. Desirable
• Teaching, training or assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• Experience delivering employability or vocational training programmes.
• Knowledge of local logistics, manufacturing and distribution employers.
• Experience supporting unemployed or disadvantaged learners.
