The Digital Systems and Delivery Operations Lead will oversee the implementation, optimization, and operational functionality of digital systems that support TRIADIC’s creative and business projects. This full-time role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The goal is to improve TRIADIC’s internal delivery workflows for client websites, project microsites, online programmes and digital brand assets, ensuring consistent delivery across projects.
- Define and document functional requirements, delivery standards and handover processes for internal teams and external developers to support smooth implementation.
- Build and maintain reporting routines and dashboards to track project progress, resourcing, risks and delivery performance, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Consolidate and analyse project and operational data to produce repeatable internal reporting.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks in delivery operations and introduce automation to reduce rework, improve turnaround time and strengthen delivery reliability.
- Coordinate with strategists, designers and external partners to resolve ambiguities, track issues through to closure and support on-time delivery.
- Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for delivery processes and AI-assisted workflows, supporting quality control and responsible use standards.

- Experience supporting operations in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters (monitoring, checks, reporting, issue resolution).
- Experience improving processes and making them more efficient (automation, streamlining steps, reducing errors).
- Experience producing regular reporting or dashboards (for example Power BI/Tableau or structured reporting packs).
- Experience working across teams and resolving unclear requirements by speaking to stakeholders and agreeing a clear approach.
