Based at client locations, working remotely, or based in our Godalming or Milton Keynes offices. Salary up to £70k plus company benefits. Due to the nature of this position, you must be willing and eligible to achieve a minimum of SC clearance. To qualify, you must have resided in the UK for the last 5 years.

Role Summary

Triad Group Plc invites skilled and ambitious Senior Business Analysts to join our dynamic and award‑winning team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a significant role in our client assignments. You will build relationships with clients, defining the scope, objectives, and benefits of the products we build for them. You will gain the trust of end users to elicit quality requirements and business processes and deliver exemplary business analysis throughout the full product lifecycle as part of an effective, collaborative team.

  • Effective communicator who can explain the 'why' as well as the 'what' to clients and colleagues alike
  • Motivated to deliver high‑quality outcomes in all assignments

  • Experience working in the UK Public Sector, with a good understanding of the GDS Service Manual
  • Scrum agile coaching experience
  • Product owner or proxy product owner experience
  • Waterfall project delivery experience
  • Active contributor to communities of practice

Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Due to the nature and urgency of this position, you must hold an active SC clearance.
