We are looking for a User Researcher to join our team at Triad. In this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our understanding of user needs and behaviors. Your insights will directly influence the design and development of our services throughout their lifecycle.

Compensation: £50,000 - £60,000 per year

What you'll do
- Design and execute user research initiatives to gather insights that inform product development.
- Analyze research data and present findings to stakeholders to drive design decisions.
- Conduct various research activities, including stakeholder interviews, user interviews, workshops, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure user-centered design principles are applied.
Requirements
- Significant experience in planning and executing user research across different stages of service development.
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex research data and produce actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Experience working in Agile teams and understanding of Agile methodologies.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with user experience design tools and software.
- Previous experience in a technology-focused environment.
