Love creating things that make people stop and look? We're looking for a talented midweight Creative Designer who enjoys working across 2D design, animation and 3D visualisation. One day you might be creating a brand identity, the next designing marketing assets, producing motion graphics, building 3D visuals or helping bring a product to life through animation. If you enjoy variety and like learning new skills, you'll fit right in.
No two days at Triad are ever quite the same. One week you could be helping bring a new engineering product to life with 3D animation; the next, designing eye-catching retail experiences for global brands. We work across B2B and consumer sectors, tackling all kinds of creative challenges, and because we're a small team, everyone has the opportunity to make a real impact. You'll work closely with our great team, sharing ideas, learning from each other and creating work you'll be proud to put your name to.
The Role
As part of our creative team, you'll work across a wide variety of projects from concept through to delivery. You'll be equally comfortable developing creative ideas, conceptual thinking, designing polished marketing assets and supporting the production of animations and 3D content. You'll have the opportunity to grow your skills across multiple disciplines while contributing to exciting projects for a diverse range of clients.
What you'll be doing
- Creating high-quality design work across digital and print
- Producing engaging motion graphics and animation
- Supporting the creation of 3D models, visualisations and animations
- Developing concepts and storyboards
- Designing campaign assets, presentations, social content and marketing collateral
- Presenting ideas internally and contributing to creative discussions
- Helping push creative standards and bring fresh thinking to every project
We'd love to hear from you if you...
- Have around 3-5 years' experience in a creative agency or similar environment
- Have strong graphic design skills and a great eye for layout, typography and branding
- Have experience and passion for animation, motion design, 3D modelling and visualisation
- Have expertise in graphic design, website design (UI/UX), and brand development
- Have experience using Autodesk 3DS Max, V-Ray or similar
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects) and presentation tools such as PowerPoint
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Are organised, collaborative and keen to learn
- Love solving creative problems
