Triad is seeking an experienced Business Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and aligning enterprise-wide business architecture across our client engagements. You will define and maintain domain models, support enterprise design initiatives, and provide architectural leadership to ensure strategic alignment, simplification, and measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams, you will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring business architecture underpins transformation, drives clarity, and enables sustainable change.
- Define, support, and maintain a comprehensive business domain model.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and refine domain models in response to evolving business needs.
- Support the development and adoption of enterprise architecture frameworks to meet business objectives and transformation initiatives.
- Design and implement standardised processes to ensure consistency across business units and systems.
- Drive process improvement initiatives with a focus on measurable outcomes and long-term sustainability.
Guidance and Capacity Building
- Offer expert guidance to business and IT teams on architecture best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Mentor and develop members of the business architecture capability to build long-term expertise.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation through workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Engage with senior leadership, business units, and IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and architectural solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or closely related roles.
- Proven track record of contributing to or leading large-scale transformation and simplification programmes.
- Deep understanding of domain modelling and enterprise architecture practices.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
- Experience in business process management (BPM) and process optimisation initiatives with measurable results.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Architecture, Information Systems, or a related field - Desirable.
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification - Desirable.
