Are you an experienced Product Manager with a background in insurance or insurance technology? We're working with an established software business that's investing heavily in its product portfolio and looking to appoint a Product Manager to take ownership of a key product area.
You'll work closely with customers, engineering, design and commercial teams to shape product strategy, define road maps and deliver products that solve real customer problems.
The Role
You'll be responsible for owning a product area from discovery through to delivery, using customer insight, market analysis and data to prioritise initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes. Working within a collaborative product team, you'll:
- Define product vision and road map for your product area
- Lead customer discovery and gather feedback to inform product decisions
- Own and prioritise the product backlog
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout delivery
- Define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer teams on product launches
- Balance customer needs with commercial priorities and technical considerations
About You
We're looking for someone with experience of:
- Product Management within insurance or insurance technology
- Product discovery techniques and customer research
- Agile product development
- Managing product road maps and backlogs
- Working with cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- API-based products or digital platforms would be advantageous
Experience of insurance policy administration, or fintech / payments software products are needed.
