We're working with a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation delivering services at scale across the UK. They’re currently investing heavily in their data capability and are looking for an Analytics Engineer to help build and shape a modern, in-house analytics platform.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in developing robust data infrastructure and delivering actionable insights. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate business needs into scalable data solutions and help drive data-led decision making.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Python across multiple data sources
- Design and develop dimensional data models in a cloud data platform (e.g. Snowflake)
- Partner with BI teams to deliver insights via reporting tools
- Optimise performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of the data platform
- Implement best practices in CI/CD, data governance, and quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong SQL and production-level Python experience
- Experience with cloud data platforms and data modelling tools (e.g. dbt)
- Solid understanding of ELT pipelines and data engineering principles
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
