We are supporting an established UK Care Provider investing in enterprise technology and digital‐first operating models to replace legacy systems, streamline delivery, and support ambitious, private‐equity‐backed growth.

We are recruiting for an Applications Administrator – Education Systems to support and manage core education and safeguarding platforms across schools and education settings. You will be responsible for improving the technology roadmap for critical enterprise applications within their Education workstream, as well as leading the day‐to‐day administration and configuration. Their applications include Bromcom (MIS) and CPOMS (safeguarding and pastoral), ensuring they are reliable, compliant, and aligned with a child‐centred approach.

Working closely with operational stakeholders, including Education leaders, you will help ensure systems effectively support teaching, learning, pastoral care, and statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure education systems, including Bromcom and CPOMS
  • Manage user access, permissions, workflows, and data structures.
  • Support schools and teams with system use, queries, and training.
  • Ensure safeguarding systems are compliant with policies and legislation.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, security, and governance.
  • Support system improvements, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Assist with reporting and dashboards that support educational outcomes.
About You
  • Experience supporting market leading cloud‐based education systems within the education sector.
  • Bromcom and/or CPOMS experience highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, service‐focused approach
