We are recruiting a Regional Sales Rep to sell software solutions to Farmers, landowners, and agribusinesses across the South East UK region. This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships within the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline within your territory.
  • Identify and win new customers in the farming and agribusiness market.
  • Deliver on-site and virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Attend agricultural shows and industry events to generate new leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within agriculture, agritech, or software.
  • Strong understanding of the farming and agricultural sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

  • £40,000 base salary
  • 10% commission on all product and training sold
