Our client is a large, global professional services firm, employing tens of thousands of people across multiple regions. They are running a major HR transformation programme, harmonising core people processes such as onboarding, probation and offboarding across regions worldwide, in support of a global shared services model.

We're looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join this programme. You'll work closely with HR, Legal and technology stakeholders to simplify and standardise processes so they can be delivered consistently by shared service teams globally. This is a process-focused role: you'll be questioning why steps exist, removing unnecessary complexity, and designing lean, workable processes that hold up across different regions and teams.

We are looking for:

  • Experience in business process analysis, process design, or service design, with a focus on simplifying and standardising processes
  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance, without close oversight
  • Experience mapping and redesigning end-to-end processes (workflows, roles, systems, governance), not just documenting current state
  • The ability to bring ideas and challenge existing ways of working, rather than just recording and reporting
  • Comfort operating across global and local process variations, ideally within a shared services context

It would be a bonus if you have:

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket/workflow management platforms
  • Prior experience within a shared services or global operating model
  • Experience in HR programmes

To apply, please submit your CV. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 5 business days.
