Our client is a market leading FTSE100 organisation who are looking for an HR Transformation Lead to drive a major HR programme across their business. You’ll be responsible for the adoption of a new global HR solution and work with HR teams around the world to ensure a smooth delivery and change management for the new solution and ways of working.
You must have a proven background as a Transformation / Change Lead within the HR Transformation domain, ideally with experience of SuccessFactors or Workday. You must have outstanding stakeholder management & business engagement skills.
