If you are looking to get into the sales industry then we are searching for talented Trainee Recruitment Consultants (IT & Digital Recruitment) to join the team and be part of shaping our continued success.
The Role:
We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to work alongside our Senior Consultants and Managers delivering top talent into various clients and sectors in the Tech and Digital space. You will be fully trained on all aspects of the role, including job board/database searching, headhunting on LinkedIn, Networking and the whole facilitation of the recruitment lifecycle. In return we can offer you the chance to join one of the most exciting organisations in Bristol and be part of building something special whilst putting you on track to achieve your career aspirations and goals. We offer salaries up to £26,000 with an uncapped commission plan with no threshold. Top performers will also be rewarded with Directors Club trips, Lunch Clubs, Personal Training Sessions and Pension over and above your commission plan.
