Contracts Manager: Location: Thame, Oxfordshire Job type: Full-time, permanent You'll be the commercial and operational lead on your contracts, balancing client relationships, site oversight and tender work. That means overseeing delivery of live projects, developing new opportunities with key accounts, and shaping accurate scopes, programmes and pricing. The balance between site and office shifts with the demands of the workload. The role You'll take projects from first site visit through to pricing, programme and delivery, split between site and office. Manage key accounts and act as the main point of contact Carry out site visits to assess access, ground conditions, trees, services and safety risks Understand client requirements and draft scopes of work and tenders Estimate project duration, plant and manpower needs Prepare accurate, competitive pricing Oversee live contracts to keep them safe, on programme and on budget About you Proven experience in contracts management or estimating in groundworks, civils, landscaping or arboriculture Strong pricing skills and attention to detail Confident dealing with clients Good knowledge of construction health and safety (CDM 2015) Full UK driving licence Desirable: SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS card, knowledge of BS 5837 and TPOs Contracts Manager: Groundworks & Tree Services Location: Thame, Oxfordshire Job type: Full-time, permanent
