We are looking for a Technical Architect Manager to join a modern organisation that is both business-facing and consumer-facing. This is an excellent opportunity for a management-based individual who can advocate for the team’s learning and development, undertake line management responsibilities such as one-to-ones and performance reviews, and drive progress across the whole team.
As the Manager of the Architecture team, you will contribute to the creation and adoption of best practice across the architectural profession. You will lead manage a team that shape predominantly Cloud-based solutions. Their current tech stack is: Microsoft Azure, Rest APIs, Service Bus, APIM.
We are looking for someone with:
- Capability to act as a manager to an established team of Technical Architects, as well as a passion to mentor and support with personal development within the team.
- Experience with Azure-cloud architecture as a Technical Architect, Solutions Architect etc.
- Good knowledge of API-driven architecture is a benefit.
- Experience operating within an ISO27001 environment is a benefit.
- You should have a technical background, but your current role may be entirely management.
