Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you’ll lead a team of Project Managers delivering technology-enabled transformation in a complex, enterprise-scale environment.
- Lead and support a team of PMs across global, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Drive iterative delivery in a SAFe environment.
- Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities and complex stakeholder landscapes.
Ideal background: agile, enterprise-scale programmes in operations, retail, logistics, manufacturing, or consulting.
You’ll be a confident, down-to-earth leader, comfortable engaging both frontline and senior stakeholders.
Experience of legacy modernisation is highly desirable.
