We are seeking an experienced Change professional to take ownership of shaping and driving the change strategy across a complex transformation portfolio. This is a high-impact role focused on bringing clarity, alignment, and structure to a wide range of initiatives currently being delivered across the business.
You will be responsible for defining and embedding a strategic approach to change across multiple programmes, many of which have historically operated without a consistent change framework. This role requires someone who can operate at both a strategic and operational level - setting direction at an executive level while also rolling up their sleeves to deliver hands-on change activity.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing a cohesive change strategy across a diverse transformation portfolio
- Providing clarity and alignment across initiatives where messaging and direction have previously been inconsistent
- Supporting major programmes, ensuring change is effectively prioritised and driven at executive level
- Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and embed a structured approach to change
- Building strong relationships across operations, creating a connected community to support successful delivery
- Acting as a visible and credible change leader who can both articulate the strategy and deliver it in practice
- Driving business planning activity to ensure change is aligned with wider organisational goals
We are looking for someone who:
- Brings deep expertise in change management and transformation delivery
- Has strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence from junior levels through to C-suite
- Has experience in fast-paced, low-margin or retail environments where operational pressure is high
- Can quickly build credibility and strong working relationships, particularly within operations
