Southampton - Hybrid - 2 days a week £500 - £600 per day - Inside IR35

We’re working with a market leading organisation in the infrastructure and services space. They’re looking for a Service Transition Manager to join their team, here you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth handover of services into support, acting as the bridge between project delivery and operations.

You’ll need strong experience in IT service transition or change delivery, ideally within a complex or outsourced environment. A solid understanding of ITIL and cloud-based services is essential.

Key skills & experience:

  • Proven background in IT Service Transition or Change/Release Management
  • Strong grasp of ITIL processes across Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
