Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager / Data £600 - £650 Inside IR35 6 Months / Remote We're looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead a complex, business-critical technology programme within a large, regulated organisation. This role is primarily about strong project and programme delivery - bringing structure, pace and control to multiple workstreams, managing senior stakeholders and ensuring delivery stays firmly on track. The programme has a focus on data retention and information lifecycle management across SAP and Microsoft 365, so previous exposure to data, governance or retention projects would be beneficial. What you'll be doing Leading multiple concurrent technology and business change workstreams Owning plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID and governance Driving delivery across Business, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Governance teams Managing senior stakeholders and providing clear executive-level reporting Proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues and delivery blockers Driving business readiness, process change, adoption and operational handover Supporting delivery of data retention, archiving and information lifecycle initiatives Ensuring programme deliverables meet governance and regulatory requirements What we're looking for An accomplished Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering complex technology programmes Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills Strong experience managing RAID, dependencies, governance and programme reporting Comfortable working across multiple teams and driving accountability for delivery Experience within large, complex or regulated organisations Some exposure to data, data governance, information management or data retention programmes Experience with SAP, Microsoft 365/Purview, data archiving or records management would be advantageous, but the priority is finding someone with outstanding project delivery capability who can take ownership and drive the programme forward. 6 Months / Remote £600 - £650 Inside IR35 Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager / Data
