A global telecommunications business is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Cloud Delivery Practice on a 3-month contract. This is a multi-project delivery role covering cloud infrastructure, data centre relocations, and Azure migrations across a portfolio of enterprise clients.

The Role

  • Managing multiple concurrent projects across cloud infrastructure and data centre technologies, including Azure migrations, data centre relocations, and data migration initiatives.
  • Delivering primarily waterfall-based projects with increasing agile requirements across the portfolio.
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple customer environments, including external escalation management.
  • Rapid context switching across concurrent projects for different clients and business areas.
  • Maintaining strong governance, reporting, and escalation frameworks throughout delivery.
  • Working alongside other PMs within the same client environments, managing distinct stakeholder groups or business sections.
  • Reporting directly to the Cloud Delivery Team Leader and contributing to the wider delivery portfolio.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in cloud infrastructure, data centre, or network technology environments.
  • Hands-on delivery experience with Azure, AWS, and on-premises to Azure migrations.
  • Strong waterfall methodology background as the primary delivery method; agile capability as secondary.
  • PMP, APM, or MSP (or equivalent) certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex senior stakeholders across multiple concurrent client environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial management and project governance.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Fortinet, IBM, or HPE platforms.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Active SC clearance would be great!
