We are looking for an Information Security Manager to join a global organisation and take ownership of cyber security governance, risk, and compliance across multiple sites in Europe and North America. This is a business-facing role where you will work closely with IT teams, senior stakeholders, and operational leaders to improve cyber security maturity, manage risk, coordinate security incidents, and drive the implementation of security controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cyber security governance and risk activities across your region.
  • Conduct security assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate cyber incidents and act as the regional security lead.
  • Build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Chair security and risk meetings and provide regular reporting.
  • Support security initiatives, cloud transformation, and control implementation.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, GRC, or Risk Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with security frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
  • Understanding of vulnerability management, cloud security, and security operations.
  • Ability to translate technical issues into business risk.
