We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile global outsourcing programme, taking the organisation from RFI/RFP through to implementation. This role requires a delivery-focused PM with strong governance, stakeholder management, and experience operating in complex, international environments.
Key responsibilities- End-to-end project ownership, from initiation through delivery and handover to BAU
- Leading and coordinating RFI and RFP processes, including vendor engagement and evaluation
- Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and delivery governance
- Managing multiple workstreams across global teams, time zones, and suppliers
- Driving clear decision-making through senior stakeholders and steering committees
- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints
- Ensuring a controlled transition into operational service
- Strong background as a Project Manager delivering complex change programmes
- Previous experience delivering outsourcing initiatives (ideally IT or service-based)
- Proven experience working in global, multi-region environments
- Confidence running formal procurement and supplier selection processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
- Structured, pragmatic approach to delivery with a focus on outcomes
