Our client is a Global FTSE 250 organisation undergoing a major transformation under a new CIO. This is an exciting new role accountable for overseeing and driving the successful execution of IT transformation and change projects from initiation to completion - ensuring governance, integration, and successful adoption of this technology-driven business transformation.
The role will work with multi-site operations within a retail environment on a variety of projects throughout the supply chain and customer facing innovations.
The right person will have proven experience in the following areas:
- Creation of project vision and requirements management
- Project planning and planning documentation within the organisations project management framework
- Managing implementation and performance of overall projects into complex, multisite operations
- Project risks and issue management
- Project reporting and review, tracking business benefits & outcomes
- Stakeholder engagement
As well as, ideally, extensive experience in retail / hospitality.
