Product Owner Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Circa £80,000 + benefits We\’re working with a well recognised restaurant group on the recruitment of a Product Owner. This individual will take full ownership of the back of house system and drive the progression of restaurant-facing operations systems that enforce how people, stock and operations are managed. This is a unique opportunity to shape the user experience, collaborating closely with fellow product owners, engaging with third-party vendors, and partnering with restaurant leaders to drive innovation and impact. Responsibilities: Lead the full product lifecycle for all back-of-house systems, including workforce management, inventory, operations, and compliance tools. Collaborate with restaurant operations and vendor partners to develop and refine a strategic product roadmap. Ensure all tools effectively drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business goals Communicate with all areas of the business to gain structured feedback on system improvements. Support with renewing vendor contracts, performance reviews, vendor escalations based on input from Commercial and Service Delivery Colleagues.Skills we are looking for: Experience in System/Application Management. Experience in the hospitality or retail industry. Previous experience using \’Fourth\’, the hospitality management platform. Exposure to agile and product ways of working.
