We’re on the lookout for a Product Manager / Product Owner who is passionate about solving real-world problems and delivering exceptional digital products to join an experienced creative team in central Bristol.

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a central role in the lifecycle of the products, acting as a crucial link between the delivery teams and clients. You’ll ensure that all aspects of product development are clearly understood, thoughtfully prioritised, and efficiently delivered to meet and exceed client expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Serve as the Product Owner within delivery teams, fostering strong, trust-based relationships and driving the successful delivery of web and mobile solutions.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to identify their core needs, define clear solutions, and transform business requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Own and manage product backlogs, setting and refining priorities in collaboration with both clients and developers.
  • Support and shape product strategies from discovery through to delivery and launch.
  • Help refine product management practices to ensure consistency and optimise the development process.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a product management or similar role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver at pace in a fast-moving environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and digital product delivery is a plus.
