TRIA Recruitment are a Bristol based IT and Digital recruitment consultancy with ambitious growth plans throughout 2026. We launched in 2015 and we are looking to expand considerably over the next few years. We are looking for talented 360 Senior Recruitment / Principal Consultants to join the sales team and be part of shaping our continued success.
The Role: You will have an excellent track record of building a client base within the Tech & Digital space and will have consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets whilst cultivating, maintaining and developing relationships with your clients. In return we can offer you the chance to join one of the most exciting organisations in Bristol and be part of building something special whilst putting you on track to achieve your career aspirations.
We offer salaries up to £45,000 with an uncapped commission plan of 30% with no threshold. There is potential to earn up to 37% commission for high margin/value business and we have financial kickers for growing your contract book. We also offer a Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) which offers up to 60% commission for long term employees. Top performers will also be rewarded with Directors Club trips, Lunch Clubs, Personal Training Sessions and the Long-Term Incentive Plan over and above your commission plan. We also offer sizeable guarantees for candidates walking away from successful desks.
