About the Role:
As a Strategic Portfolio Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, finance, and technology teams to co-develop investment pipelines aligned with both business needs and enterprise-wide strategy. You will bring commercial insight and portfolio oversight to ensure investments deliver tangible value and drive transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape and align strategic roadmaps.
- Co-lead the oversight of a unified investment portfolio across products, projects, and future initiatives.
- Develop and maintain automated, insight-led reporting tools and dashboards.
- Lead evaluation and onboarding of strategic portfolio management platforms.
- Present portfolio insights and recommendations to senior leadership and strategic committees.
- Manage the Portfolio Reporting Lead and support capability growth across the function.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in portfolio and investment management, ideally within a technology or transformation setting.
- Strong background in financial analysis and commercial insight.
- Skilled in reporting automation, tooling, and the implementation of strategic dashboards.
- Demonstrated success engaging with executive stakeholders and translating complex strategies into actionable plans.
- High emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills.
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on value-driven outcomes.
