Platform Engineer
Up to 550/day (Inside IR35)
Sunderland - 3 days per week onsite
3-month contract
We are representing a well renowned company in the midst of transformation and change who are looking for a Platform Engineer to join their collaborative team.
As the Platform Engineer, you will be providing specialist technical expertise to support the delivery of critical infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives whilst maintaining operational resilience within the Data Centre Services team.
Key responsibilities:
- Support migration of datacentre-hosted workloads into Azure
- Assist with migration planning, build, testing, and production cutover activities
- Support landing zone, networking, and infrastructure configuration
- Review high-risk pen testing findings
- Define remediation plans and technical solutions
- Provide operational support across datacentre and cloud platforms
We are looking for:
- Proven experience with Azure cloud migrations
- Hands-on experience with IaC - Terraform or Powershell
