We are looking for a .NET Developer to join a well-established, independently owned insurance software company based in Bristol. Despite their tenure, the culture is anything but corporate; this is a small, agile and collaborative team where your work has real visibility.

As a .NET Developer you will work across two core products: a Schemes Underwriting System and a Policy Administration System. You'll be focused on backend and platform development, working within a small team that values good communication and a pragmatic approach to getting things done. There is a clear pathway for the right person to grow into a leadership role over time.

Their current tech stack is: .NET, AWS, Azure DevOps, MySQL and JavaScript.

We are looking for:

  • 4-5 years' experience as a .NET Developer
  • Strong backend and platform development skills
  • Experience in a B2B or software house environment
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps
  • Any mentoring or team lead experience
