Key to this role is standing up a project to ensure that digital change is led by customer need and journey outcomes, to improve customer experience and remove operational inefficiencies. Working in an Agile environment, you will set up governance and ways of working, turn existing discovery into a clear delivery plan, and shape a customer-need-led backlog that drives visible progress through iterative releases; and produce a roadmap and funding-readiness outputs for ongoing delivery.
