About the Role
As a Modern Workplace & Microsoft 365 Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing, optimising, and securing my client's global Microsoft 365 environment and endpoint infrastructure. You'll collaborate with IT and business teams to improve security, efficiency, and user adoption of modern workplace solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 & Intune, ensuring seamless device and application management
- Enhance security & compliance, implementing policies such as MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP
- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint and Microsoft 365 issues to maintain system performance
- Drive automation & efficiency, using PowerShell scripting/CoreView for administration tasks
- Support and train teams, ensuring smooth adoption of modern workplace technologies
- Monitor and improve processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and cost-saving
What We're Looking For:
- Confident working with autonomy and able to take initiative
- Solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to challenges
- A team player who values camaraderie and collaboration
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration & endpoint management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies
- Hands-on expertise in Android Enterprise & Apple iOS/macOS device management
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, PL-100)
