We're partnering with a global healthcare organisation undergoing a large-scale Azure data transformation, building a greenfield centralised data platform.

As the Data Product Manager, you'll own the vision, strategy, and delivery of the core data platform, working at the intersection of product, data, and engineering in a complex, regulated environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the data platform
  • Lead the build of a core data layer (ingestion, standardisation, access)
  • Define APIs, data contracts, and product boundaries
  • Establish strong data governance, quality, and trust
  • Engage senior stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Lead a cross-functional squad (engineering, data, design)

Experience Required:

  • Strong product leadership in data/platform-led environments
  • Proven experience delivering data platforms on Azure
  • Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps end-to-end
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, APIs, and system design
  • Track record of building or scaling data products
  • Experience in healthcare or related sectors (highly desirable)
