TRIA are supporting a global client on a large-scale SuccessFactors programme, who require a Talent & Compensation Workstream Lead to own delivery across performance and reward. This is a business-facing role responsible for leading the Talent & Compensation workstream, covering performance management, goals, and compensation processes.
You’ll:
- Own the pay & performance roadmap and backlog
- Translate HR/Talent requirements into deliverable solutions
- Lead the end-to-end change lifecycle
- Ensure alignment with Employee Central
- Govern vendors and system integrators
- Review and validate functional solution designs
- Oversee testing, release readiness, and delivery
- Manage risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Drive stakeholder alignment across Talent and Reward teams
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience across SuccessFactors Talent modules including PM/GM
- Deep understanding of Performance cycles
- Solid understanding of Compensation and reward processes
- Strong business engagement & stakeholder skills
