TRIA are exclusively supporting a global client on a major SuccessFactors transformation programme who require an Employee Central Workstream Lead to drive delivery across core HR processes. This is a business-facing role where you’ll own the Employee Central (EC) workstream, acting as the bridge between HR and technical delivery teams. You’ll be accountable for:
- Owning the EC roadmap and backlog
- Translating HR requirements into clear, prioritised delivery
- Leading on Time Off and JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) processes
- Managing the end-to-end change request lifecycle
- Governing system integrators / vendors (no hands-on config)
- Reviewing and validating functional designs
- Driving testing, releases, and readiness
- Managing risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Ensuring stakeholder alignment across HR and People Services
This is not a configuration role – it’s about ownership, direction, and delivery.
