We're looking for a sharp, data‐driven Senior Product Owner to lead a key CRM data initiative - delivering a single, trusted customer view across Salesforce Data Cloud and wider platforms. This role is all about turning complex data into a clear, valuable product. You'll own the roadmap, shape the backlog, and ensure high‐quality, governed data flows into Salesforce and GCP. You will work across Salesforce teams, data engineering and multiple suppliers bringing clarity, pace and alignment in a complex environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Owning the CRM data product vision and roadmap (Salesforce Data Cloud / Marketing Cloud)
- Delivering a unified customer profile across channels and systems
- Prioritising and managing a clear, outcome‐driven product backlog
- Ensuring clean, structured data flows through GCP into Salesforce
- Embedding data quality, governance and identity resolution
- Aligning Salesforce, data and integration teams end‐to‐end
- Driving delivery in a fast‐paced, multi‐supplier environment
Skills and Experience needed:
- Strong Product Manager experience in CRM/data products
- Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP or similar CRM platform experience (ideally)
