This is a short term role but a fantastic opportunity to gain experience! You must be available to start immediately. The focus is to ensure products launch smoothly and accurately across sales channels for a fashion brand. The role works cross-functionally to coordinate product data, imagery, samples and launch activity.

Key responsibilities

  • Collate, maintain and distribute accurate product and asset data across all channels.
  • Report weekly on critical-path milestones, KPIs, launch trackers and key business documents.
  • Work with internal teams to source complete, accurate information and meet deadlines.
  • Build effective relationships with third-party partners.
  • Coordinate promotions, markdowns, online product publishing and imagery distribution.
  • Support the wholesale ordering process and provide weekly sample-management reporting.

Candidate profile

  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving capability, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with confidence handling large datasets.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise workload and delegate where appropriate.
  • A collaborative communicator who builds positive cross-functional relationships.
  • Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, merchandising or fashion retail.

We are open to strong candidates at Admin Assistant (within retail merchandising/buying) or Assistant Merchandiser level.
