We are seeking an experienced OneStream Technology Lead / Developer to take ownership of the design, development, and ongoing support of OneStream solutions across planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role, working closely with Finance and IT to deliver scalable, well‑governed financial solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the design, build, and support of OneStream applications across budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and solution architecture.
- Develop business rules, XF scripts, and complex custom calculations.
- Design and optimise OneStream cubes, dimensions, workflows, and security models.
- Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytic views.
- Support and maintain data integrations, APIs, and connectors.
- Ensure data integrity, performance optimisation, and adherence to best‑practice governance.
- Act as a technical lead, providing code reviews, documentation, and mentoring to other developers.
- Support production environments, month‑end cycles, and ad‑hoc analysis.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong hands‑on experience developing in OneStream XF.
- Proven expertise in business rules, scripting, cube configuration, and reporting.
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with financial data models.
- Experience supporting data integrations and ETL processes.
- Background acting as a technical lead or senior OneStream developer.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge finance and technology teams.
