Role expectations:

  • Leading functional design and solution architecture discussions across the business.
  • Analyse business processes and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 configurations and solutions.
  • Lead end to end project delivery including testing, training and go live support.
  • Work independently and with autonomy with C-suite finance stakeholders to solve issues.
  • Provide guidance on platform governance, data quality, release management, and system optimisation.
  • Work efficiently within large, complex, multisystem organisations and navigate competing priorities and work closely with QA teams to implement test plans.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
  • Solid R2R (Record to Report) process experience.
  • Strong knowledge of key D365 finance modules (AP, AR, GL, PMA, HR, Bank & Budgets).
  • Hands on experience working with cross functional teams in enterprise scale implementations or transformations.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and data flows between D365 and external systems.
  • Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ideally a background in finance or good knowledge of finance.
