£85,000 - £105,000 + car allowance + benefits (Up to 30% bonus, private medical, life assurance etc)

We are looking for a Senior Programme & Change Manager to drive high-impact transformation for a Global FTSE 250 organisation undergoing a major transformation. This is an exciting time to join the business and ensure that IT and business transformation programmes land.

In this senior leadership position, you will take ownership of complex, multi-workstream programmes to drive organisational change, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end programme planning, delivery, governance, and reporting
  • Drive organisational, digital, and behavioural change to support strategic objectives
  • Build trusted relationships with executive leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and embed strong assurance processes
  • Oversee budgets, resources, impact assessments, and business cases
  • Champion continuous improvement and embed new ways of working across the organisation
  • Ensure business benefits and outcomes are tracked and realised
