Our client is a market leading FMCG organisation undergoing major business and technology transformation who are looking to hire a Business Change Manager to work across a portfolio of global change programmes.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Lead end to end change activity across technology, AI and transformation projects
- Assess current processes and define future ways of working, maturing the change playbook
- Develop stakeholder, communication and adoption plans
- Support training, engagement and change readiness
- Track adoption, benefits and change success
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years' Change Management experience in a complex global environment
- Strong technology change / transformation experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with change plans, training and adoption
- Global or multi-entity experience beneficial
- ERP / enterprise technology or AI experience advantageous
