We're hiring an experienced Business Change Lead to drive change across two global programmes (IAM/IGA rollout and ITAM transformation), ensuring strong business readiness, engagement, and adoption across a multi-region organisation.
Requirements & Experience:
- Proven experience leading change on large-scale technology programmes
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong expertise in change frameworks (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR)
- Experience delivering:
- Change impact assessments
- Stakeholder engagement & communications plans
- Business readiness and training activities
- Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, able to manage complex, fast-paced environments
Desirable:
- Experience with IAM, IGA, cybersecurity, or ITAM
- Background in global / multi-region programmes
- Change certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG)
